Can You Do a Cash Out Refinance on a FHA Loan?

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) offers two cash-out refinances for home mortgages endorsed on or after October 31, 2005: one for 95 percent of the appraised value of up to two units and another for 85 percent of up to four units.
