How Long Do You Have to Move Out After Foreclosure in Texas?

by HomeLoan.com
In Texas, you do not have to move out of the property until after the foreclosure sale and only after the buyer serves you with a three-day notice to vacate. If you do not leave, the buyer must then file an eviction lawsuit, where you will receive eviction papers that tell you how to request a hearing.
